Explore related work ↗Across engineering practice and applied research, I saw that digital progress depends on how people, information and technology work together. I established TRS to bring that perspective into practical work with organisations, from deciding what needs to change to implementing it and helping teams carry it forward.

Co-authored assessment research linking data-quality requirements with practical quickscan methods.
Co-authored study of information requirements, data exchange and lifecycle information management.
I am interested in how built-environment organisations evaluate, adopt and sustain digital change, and how information practices, engineering workflows and organisational decisions shape that process.

The engineering foundations behind my work across infrastructure and buildings.
My starting point was civil and geotechnical engineering. Working with ground data led me towards information systems, BIM and the connections between engineering tools.
Applied research broadened that perspective to digital twins, responsible data use and the organisational conditions that help digital change take hold.
Across practice, teaching and research, I keep returning to the same questions: what decision needs to be made, what information supports it, and how will people use the result?
